Last night at Fashions Night Out, we spotted the fiercest ladies who were mixing and mingling at the HPNOTIQ Lounge stations outside Tiffany’s at the Bal Harbour Shoppes.  We asked them a few questions from what they’re wearing to where they’re going.  Here’s what they had to say…
