Check out the kudos the awesome folks over at Brilliant Magazine gave to HPNOTIQ for our recent event with New York- based designer Lyn Devon in Dallas:
Just when you thought there were too many holidays goings on, there is always time to shop and ship in Dallas. Recently, Super Sociables Kimberly Schlegel Whitman and Kary Sendra Brittingham hosted a trunk show in Dallas for New York-based designer Lyn Devon.
Nearby, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones’ daughter-in-law Lori Jones and her daughter were filling their bags with the Hpnotiq custom made candy like it was going out of style. Other notables at the event who enjoyed the Hpnotiq blue drinks were Kari Schlegel, Zoie Liotta, Stacy McKay and Brittany Edwards. [...]
Hpnotiq isn’t just any spirits brand. It’s hip, fresh and very now. It has almost reinvented “Girls Night Out” by sponsoring high-level fashion inspired events including Fashion’s Night Out, Fashion Houston, SoHo Express Party, and the ARCADE Boutique Shopping Event to name a few. The brand, which now partners with Jackie Sorkin’s “Custom Candy Buffet Bars” has created the ultimate candy experience that features an assortment of sweet treats for celebrities and VIP guests to nibble on as they sip Hpnotiq’s signature cocktails; including favorites such as: “Bubbles ‘n’ Blue,” “Roq The Runway” Martini and “The Blue Crush Lemonade” , to name a few.
Often times, the girl on the arm of some famous actor or musician is just that… a pretty girl. Well, that’s not all in the case of Vashtie Kola!
Maybe most publicly known for her 5 year long relationship with hip hop leading man Pharrell Williams, Va$htie (this is pre-Ke$ha dollar sign usage, folks) is a mogul in her own right– as a leading female designer, producer, and director in an industry run by men.
Beyond directing music videos and working on various projects with some of the music industry’s hottest stars, including Kanye West, Solange, Justin Bieber and KiD CuDi, Va$htie has made a name for herself as a prominent designer with her clothing line, Violette– which calls you to imagine if “Louis Vuitton had a daughter who lived on the Lower East Side,” and recently became the first woman to ever collaborate with Nike on a pair Air Jordans, securing her as an all around it girl.
But you won’t find Kola rubbing elbows with the socialites of New York’s Upper East Side, rather she’ll be keepin’ it real as self-proclaimed “Downtown’s Sweetheart”– and if you want to keep your ear to the grindstone of the hipset, we suggest you follow this lovely lady on Twitter.
Los Angeles’ hottest radio station, 102.7 KIISFM gave the fans a serious holiday gift this past Saturday in Anaheim with the annual installment of Jingle Ball! All about the music, the concert boasted four hours of sing-a-long hooks, beats to nod our heads to, and just all out hits to make a whole crowd jump in joy.
The show included appearances by none other than some of our favorite performers– including Katy Perry, B.o.B., Far East Movement, and Enrique Iglasias, Selena Gomez, and Nelly. In true Katy Perry fashion, the songstress definitely gave the most holiday spirited performance, making an entrance in an adorable Frosty the Snowman dress!

We’ve seen Snooki fall down before, but not like this!
MTV has announced that Jersey Shore‘s Nicole Polizzi will be ringing in the new year inside a ball that will drop in New York City’s Time Square as the clock ticks down to midnight as a part of their annual celebration.
The other castmembers of the hit reality show, including the Situation and Pauly D, will attempt to break a Guinness world record by leading the crowd in the biggest collective fist pump ever!
The hourlong MTV New Year’s Bash, hosted by comedian Whitney Cummings– who happens to be one of our absolute favorite funny ladies, will also feature a performance from Flo Rida.
The Tap Room, located in LA’s gorgeous Langham Hotel, acts as a nod to the original hotel bar which opened in the 1930s just after Prohibition ended. The stylish space, which made its debut in October, is decked out in a bachelor-esque decor– with dark woods and leather– making it a great place to land that new man in your life. And with a parking lot filled with Mercedes, Porsche and Maseratis, lets just say that the slightly pricey drinks are worth the company.
On December 2nd, Holly Madison– star of Peepshow and the hit reality series Holly’s World– held an early birthday celebration with HPNOTIQ at Tao and Lavo in Las Vegas!
Starting the night with an intimate dinner at Lavo at the Palazzo, where Hpnotiq floral and balloon bouquets greeted the birthday girl who turns 31 on Dec. 23rd, Madison and her guests toasted with a round of Bubbles ‘N Blue. After dinner, friends including Bridget Marquardt, Laura Croft, Angel Porrino, Josh Strickland and new beau Jack Barakat headed over to Tao at the Venetian for the official party.

Last week, Miami partied in chic and artsy fashion with the annual return of Art Basel– and HPNOTIQ was in the sunny city to celebrate along with the venerable Vogue Magazine at the amazing Raleigh Hotel, where fashionistas, shopoholics, and socialites flooded to get their hands on some designer goods!
The Vogue Lounge showcased some of our favorite collections from designers such as Sam Edelman, bebe, and Trina Turk. Our fabulous candy station, where guests could fill their own carry-away bags with blue gummies, chocolates and rock candy, caused quite a stir during the three day event!
Head over to the HPNOTIQ Facebook page to check out photos of the fun, as well as to catch a glimpse of some of our fabulous guests including socialite Tara Soloman and basketball wife and philanthropist Tracy Mourning.
