Who is Tammy Gail? The founder of only the most fabulous FUNdraising breast cancer charity this side of pink!
Started in 2006 by breast cancer survivor Tammy Gail, Glam-A-Thon began with humble roots — don’t we all before a good highlight? — with just a couple hundred girls promenading in a mall, raising money for the cause, while window shopping.
Flash forward to 2011, now in its fifth year, thousands of women gather together for Glam-A-Thon’s signature event, the Glam Doll Strut, to strap on their stilettos and strut their stuff down a ¼ of a mile in an effort to raise numbers that continue to climb into the triple digits. With all that money staying here locally for our own fabulous females fighting the fight, Tammy Gail has let the women of South Florida know we are here for them. Continue reading
A packed crowd filled The Standard’s rooftop lounge Le Bain for Steve Madden Music’s summer concert series featuring the amazingly talented Melanie Fiona.
The crowd enjoyed a stunning view of Manhattan while they awaited — and sweated — for Melanie to arrive. Once the singer took stage, the audience was immediately captivated by her sultry powerhouse voice, performing breakout hits like “It Kills Me” and “Give it to Me Right.”
Melanie took time out of her set to sing a medley of Amy Winehouse songs in honor of the late singer. The crowd sang along to Winehouse hits “Rehab,” “Valerie” and “F Me Pumps.”
Melanie also gave the audience a taste of her upcoming album MF Life, which is expected to drop later this year.

This past weekend MTV “The Hills” star Lo Bosworth hosted her sister Erin’s bachelorette party at Tao Beach in the only way she knew how — Harmonie style!
The Bosworths and friends partied poolside in a cabana at the Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday. The ladies toasted to Erin’s engagement with none other than HPNOTIC Harmonie shots. Guests soaked in the sun or kept busy in the pool with Harmonie designed beach balls.
Lo later surprised her sister with a cake that read, “Last Fling Before the Ring,” before crowning her with a Tao tiara. Take a look at all the fun the ladies had, below!
In honor of the BET Awards, CoverGirl Queen Collection & HPNOTIQ joined forces to host a lavish beauty bar in Los Angeles. A handful of fashion and beauty bloggers were invited to the posh Salon Nine Zero One, where they were pampered with free make up applications, swanky gift bags, hors d’oeuvres — and best of all — HPNOTIQ inspired cocktails.
Guests also munched on tasty sweet treats from the HPNOTIQ candy bar and watched on as celebrity makeup artist Ashunta Sheriff prepared “Gossip Girl” actress Tika Sumpter for the BET Awards red carpet. We’re sure everyone was left feeling easy, breezy, beautiful and refreshed! Check out the festivities below.
While gays in New York celebrated a same-sex marriage victory, Chicagoans were partying it up at this year’s Chicago Pride.
The annual event broke records this year with an estimated 750,000 in attendance. As always, it’s nearly impossible for HPNOTIQ to stay away from a great party, so we came through to help liven up the place.
Close to 4000 fans stopped by to get a taste of Harmonie at Chicago’s iconic Kit Kat Lounge & Supper Club. Guests sipped on specialty cocktails like “I Kissed a Girl” and were treated to performances by Deborah Cox, Mya, Kim English, Inaya Day and Crystal Waters. That same night, birthday girl Solange Knowles brought in her 25th birthday with the help of HPNOTIQ in Las Vegas.
Chicago Global Runway, a fashion show which showcases beautiful South Asian-inspired designs from both local and international designers, made its first ever debut this year at the Chicago Cultural Center.
When onlookers weren’t taking in the freshest designs from India, they were busy indulging in complimentary Harmonie HPNOTIQ cocktails. Attendees were also treated to a guest appearance by international supermodel Saira Mohan.
Aside from being a stepping a stone for up-and-coming designers, the fashion show does its best to promote culture and charitable causes for South Asian countries like India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.
Last night in New York City, PYNK magazine premiered its first ever issue at the Polar Lounge at the Marcel Hotel.
The invite-only event was made up of industry influencers and press, including the NYPost.com and Essence.com. New York City’s DJ Fadelf held it down on the 1s and 2s while guests sipped on HPNOTIQ Harmonie cocktails throughout the night.
During the event our Harmonie girls caught up with PYNK magazine’s Editor-in-chief Shanel Odum and “Basketball Wives” star Jennifer Williams for interviews. Check out the footage here!
