Us HPNOTIQ girls have been on the move this Fall conquering one Fashion Week at a time. From New York, to Houston, to LA, HPNOTIQ has become the unofficial Fashionista drink of choice, coast-to-coast, and last week was no different.
We teamed up with designer and celebrity stylist, Anthony Franco, for his monumental return to the runway after he took a three-year hiatus to focus on his styling career (Andre 3000, Brad Pitt, and Eva Longoria are some of his clients). In the end, he found he could not stay away from design and documented his comeback on his blog for Cotton Inc – “Behind The Line.”
Anthony presenting his Spring 2011 collection at the gorgeous Exchange LA. We set up the ultimate Candy Bar with the help of the Hollywood Candy Girls. We set up super-sized Martini glasses filled to the brim with blue sweet treats. Guest and party goers just couldn’t get enough and even snacked throughout the runway show!
Anthony’s Spring 2011 ready to wear collection was inspired by 1930’s Boardwalk style with the Hydrangea flower being a huge influence in his color palette.. Anthony brought color to the show as models descended down the staircase in HPNOTIQ hues, subtle pinks, and feminine florals. Onlookers such as Kat Von D and Colbie Caillat oohed and aahed as each deliberately tailored look came down the runway. The best part about Anthony Franco’s collection was all the clothes are 100% cotton- making each piece totally wearable (and comfortable at that!)
