OFFICIAL WINNER'S LIST REQUEST

(1) GAME DESCRIPTION: The "HPNOTIQ Under the Cap" Instant Win Game (the "Game") begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on July 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2009 (the "Promotion Period"). Entry in the Game does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Game, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Heaven Hill Distilleries, Inc., 1064 Loretto Road, Bardstown, KY 40004 ("Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

(2) ELIGIBILITY: The Game is open only to legal residents of the United States 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are ineligible to enter the Game or win a prize. Void in and to residents of California, Missouri, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Vermont and Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

(3) TO OBTAIN AN ENTRY CODE/PLAY THE GAME: During the Promotion Period, remove the protective wrap over the cap of the bottle to reveal a message on the top of the bottle cap on specially marked 750 ml bottles of HPNOTIQ, available while supplies last. If your cap says "WINNER", look on the side of the cork for an entry code ("Entry Code") and then go to www.hpnotiq.com (the "Website") and enter the Entry Code imprinted on your cork to see what prize you have won - subject to verification. If you did not receive a winning cork, please visit www.hpnotiq.com and enter the Entry Code imprinted on your cork to receive a special offer in your area. You must complete the Game registration prior to playing the game. Follow the instructions at www.hpnotiq.com in order to complete the registration for the Game.

Limit of one (1) game play per person and/or per email address per day during the Promotion Period. Once submitted, entries become the property of the Sponsor. Personal information collected online in connection with this Game will be used in accordance with the privacy policy found on the Sponsor's website (http://www.hpnotiq.com) and the permission granted by entrants at the time of entry.

(4) TO ENTER WITHOUT PURCHASE: To participate by mail, without purchase, legibly hand-print your name, address, date of birth, daytime phone number, and email address on a 3" x 5" card. Mail your card to: HPNOTIQ "Under the Cap" Instant Win Game Request, P.O. Box 3, Evansville, IN 47701, postmarked by 6/30/09 and received by 7/7/09. One (1) code will be assigned and played on your behalf for each entry request you send - while supplies last. Limit one (1) request per person per day. Limit one request per outer mailing envelope. Only winners will be notified with prize redemption instructions, subject to verification.

(5) HOW TO REDEEM A PRIZE WON ONLINE: Follow the on-screen instructions to claim a prize. All Entry Codes must be entered by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 6/30/09 (the "Redemption Deadline"). Prizes not redeemed by the Redemption Deadline will be forfeited.

(6) HOW TO REDEEM A PRIZE WON OFFLINE: The potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or mail and/or email using the contact information provided on the entry request. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt (or such shorter time as exigencies may require), or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified.

If due to a printing, production, typographical, human or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, the prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated prize claims received at each level. In no event will more than the advertised number of prizes be awarded.

(7) PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE/ODDS: UNCLAIMED/UNREDEEMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED.

One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of $100,000 cash, approximate odds of winning 1:303,000.

Two Hundred (200) First Prizes are available. Each First Prize consists of $500 cash, approximate odds of winning 1:1,515.

Five Hundred (500) Second Prizes are available. Each Second Prize consists of a HPNOTIQ t-shirt, approximate odds of winning 1:606. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Second Prize is $10 ea.

All non-winning game plays will receive a $5.00 mail-in rebate on the purchase of a 750 ml bottle of HPNOTIQ; or a $12 mail-in rebate on the purchase of two (2) 750 ml bottles of HPNOTIQ or one (1) 1.75 L bottle of HPNOTIQ. If you receive a non-winning game piece, follow the instructions at www.hpnotiq.com to receive the special offer. Rebate offer void in Alabama, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.

(8) GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: All costs and expenses incurred in connection with redeeming, accepting, or using a prize that are not specifically provided for herein, such as tax, gratuities, personal expenses, and any incidental expenses, are solely the responsibility of the applicable prize winner. Prizes will only be delivered to an address in the United States. Prizes not claimed in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded. No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if any prize listed is unavailable for any reason. Prizes pictured in point-of-sale, online, television and print advertising, and other Game materials are for illustrative purposes only. Actual prize(s) may vary from prizes pictured. All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The potential Grand Prize winner must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents") within (10) days of notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner. If any prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, winner may be disqualified. Confirmation of Grand Prize winner is subject to Sponsor's verification of the Prize Claim Documents. Each prize winner shall be solely responsible for any federal, state and/or local taxes incurred in claiming the prize. The Grand Prize winner will be issued a 1099 tax form in January, following the receipt of the Grand Prize for the retail value of the Grand Prize.

(9) GENERAL RELEASE AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Entry constitutes acceptance of all Official Rules. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission by winner for Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates and franchisees to use winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice and biographical information, for advertising/trade/promotional/publicity purposes, and each such winner hereby grants Sponsor and those other parties any and all rights to said use, without further notice of compensation or authorization, except where prohibited by law. By participating in the Game and redeeming a prize, each winner hereby releases and agrees to hold the Promotion Entities harmless from and against any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Game or any Game-related activity, or the receipt, use or misuse of any prize. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for printing or clerical, typographical or other errors in any other Game-related materials or in the offering or announcement of any prize or in any prize notification documents; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail or entries; or for transactions that are processed late or incorrectly, or are lost due to computer, electronic malfunction or post office/delivery service delays or errors; or for any other errors of any kind or nature. The Promotion Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, and the Promotion Entities hereby disclaim any and all such warranties including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

(10) TECHNICAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility for any damage to an entrant's computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, dropped or delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature that is directly or indirectly caused by participating in the Game. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Promotion Entities are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, or stolen prizes or entries; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, websites or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in the offering or announcement of any prize or in any prize notification documents, or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted.

(11)OFFICIAL WINNER'S LIST REQUEST: To receive a copy of any legally-required Official Winners List, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: HPNOTIQ "Under the Cap" Instant Win Game Winners, P.O. Box 3, Evansville, IN 47701. All requests must be received by 8/30/09.
