Shipping & Returns
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for online orders. If you are new to ordering online, we encourage you to read our privacy page. You can order online with the utmost confidence that your credit information will be kept safe and secure. Your account will not be charged until your order is shipped.
Sales tax is charged on all orders shipped to a Kentucky address.
All shipments to APO/FPO address are sent via First Class Mail to military distribution centers in the U.S., at which time the military service assumes responsibility for shipping. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
Please enter the APO/FPO address in the relevant fields as well as in the “Add comments about your order” field. This will ensure that the order gets to the right Hpnotiq customer.
International Addresses International shipping rates are calculated by FedEx.
Shipping Policy You pay only one shipping & handling charge based on the total value of your order. This charge will automatically be calculated for you at checkout.
Shipping Options We offer FedEx Ground shipping. Express shipping is not yet available. All orders placed by 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Domestic orders will arrive in 2 – 5 business days.
Shipping to a different addressIf you wish to send your complete order to an address that is different than the billing address you provide us, simply enter the delivery address in the Ship To information page during checkout.
During the final step in the checkout process, you can enter comments or special instructions to your order in the “Add comments about your order” field.
We do our very best to stock all of our items. However, sometimes things just sell too quickly or we can’t make enough in time. We will ship all back orders that become available within 30 days of the original order date. If the item is discontinued or does not become available again within 30 days, we will cancel the order and let you know. Back orders are not billed until they ship.
Sometimes, due to an entry error or incorrect address format, packages come back to us as undeliverable. When a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be credited the full amount of the purchase, including shipping charges.

If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify HPNOTIQ (email@example.com ) at once. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.
How to Return Merchandise
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if merchandise is unused. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
To return an item to our store we encourage you to re-use your original shipping carton. Please circle the item(s) that you are returning on the packing slip or invoice, note the reason for your return, note if you would like to exchange the item(s) or return for a credit, and enclose the slip in the shipping carton. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a separate piece of paper containing your printed name and address, the order number, and the reason for the return or exchange. Wrap the package securely and send it to the following address:
